After the launch of the GT 20 series and the Note 40 series, Infinix has added another variant into its Note 40 series with the launch of the Infinix Note 40X 5G. The smartphone launches on August 8th and here’s a deeper dive into all that the device brings to the table.
Infinix Note 40X 5G Specs
The Infinix Note 40X 5G sports a 6.78 inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 500 nits and is also IP52 rated for dust and splash resistance. Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset built on 6nm process. Infinix offers up to 256GB of internal storage and the ability to expand further to 1TB via the microSD card slot.
The 40X 5G features a triple camera setup on the rear that consists of a 108MP primary sensor with PDAF, followed by a 2 MP macro and 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the device features an 8MP selfie camera.
The device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 18W wired fast charging. Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlock, the Dynamic Bar (much like Apple’s Dynamic Island) and a triple card slot that accommodates two SIM cards and a microSD card.
Price, Colours and availability
The Infinix 40X 5G is priced at Rs. 13,499 and is available in three colour hues: Palm Blue, Lime Green and Starlit Black. Availability details are expected to be announced at 12PM IST on 8th of August 2024.
