Xiaomi today expanded its portfolio with the unveiling of the Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE and the Xiaomi Redmi Pad Pro 5G, along with the Xiaomi 14 CIVI. Positioned as a premium tablet, here’s a deeper dive into what it has to offer.
Xiaomi Redmi Pad Pro 5G specs
The Xiaomi Redmi Pad Pro features a 12.1 inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate with additional display features include Dolby Vision, Adaptive colours, and various eye-care certifications. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, ensuring efficient performance for multitasking and demanding applications.
To complement the performance, Xiaomi offers multiple storage and RAM configurations ranging from 6GB to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM coupled with 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Storage can also be expanded up to 1.5TB via the microSD card slot. The tablet also features a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support for immersive audio experiences.
In terms of optics, the Redmi Pad Pro features identical 8MP cameras on both the front and rear, capable of recording 1080p videos.
