Electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian on Monday announced an expansion of its vehicle lineup with the introduction of the R2 SUV, set for reveal on March 7. The event shrouded in anticipation, is expected to take place in Laguna Beach, California, The Verge had reported previously.

Rivian’s automobile lineup includes R1T, an all-electric pickup truck designed for both on-road and off-road performance, and R1S, an all-electric SUV that combines luxury, performance and sustainability. designed to accommodate more passengers.
