There’s a lot of buzz around the OnePlus Nord Watch that is expected to launch in India soon. Here’s all we know so far:
As per the Chinese smartphone maker’s preliminary reveal, the first Nord-branded smartwatch will have a 1.78-inch AMOLED 2.5D glass display with a 368×448 high pixel resolution and 500 nits of peak brightness. The smartwatch will have a rectangular dial with a rotating crown on the right side and a silicon strap.
The teaser suggests that the watch will support 105 sports modes including Yoga, cricket, outdoor/indoor walking, cycling, and hiking among others. Users can further choose their favorite watch face from over 100 online watch face options.
The renders further suggest that the device, which will have a 60 Hz refresh rate for a fast and smooth experience, is expected to come in two color options: blue and black.
According to a report by 91Mobiles, which cited tipster Ishan Agarwal, OnePlus Nord Watch will support the N Health app and will come with a slew of health monitoring features like SPO2 and stress monitor, 24-hour heart rate tracking, as well as women’s health tracking.
The watch is expected to feature Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity and will be compatible with both Android and iOS devices. It will come with 10-day battery life on a single charge with 30 days of standby.
OnePlus Nord smartwatch is expected to launch on September 28 in the country and is tipped to be priced at around Rs. 5,000.
